Meet The Team
As Controller, Liz has 17 years experience in the title industry and over 25 years in the accounting field. Liz works closely with principals Joe Petrillo, Esq. and John Martin, Esq., on All New York Title's complex commercial closings, which require comprehensive legal and financial teamwork to complete these transactions timely, efficiently, and accurately. Her vast experience with coordinating closing statements, working with our clients, lenders and lenders attorneys on funding and wiring enable her to be an intricate component of closings at any level.
In addition to the above, Liz ensures proper financial management of daily business practices and the Company's fiscal responsibilities. She also maintains and oversees all regulations and compliance mandated by our underwriters with regard to client escrow accounting and premium remittance.
Having been involved in Real Estate Sales and Management, and together with having an Insurance background, Liz is able to bring a broad knowledge of the Title Industry to help our clients complete their transactions seamlessly.
Barbara is a CPA with over 20 years experience in the accounting field and brings a unique skill set to All New York Title from her years of audit experience at a nationally recognized firm as well as her experience in private industry. She routinely handles the daily financial aspect of both title and general accounting. Barbara's attention to detail and best practices in the industry make her a valued asset to the Company.
In addition, Barbara works very closely with Liz Pulcini, and principals Joe Petrillo, Esq. and John Martin, Esq. to ensure the company's general and title accounting are accurate and in accordance with industry standards. Barbara is involved in the funding and wiring related to commercial closings in addition to handling accounting reconciliations, expense reporting, payables, and invoicing.
Angelo joins All New York Title with a background in accounting. His main responsibilities having him focusing on the processing of closing packages and reconciling fiduciary funds to their respective bank accounts. His attention to detail ensures that all third party and recording checks are processed accurately to each title file.
Angelo also supports and works alongside the Controller with involvement in complex escrow closings and funding.
Vice President, Director of Operations
Jim is with the company since 1997 and as Director of Operations, he ensures the company’s many systems and routines run smoothly on a daily basis. Working his way from file clerk to his current position has afforded Jim the opportunity to learn all aspects of title insurance and become proficient in most areas such as ACRIS, PREP, accounting, recordings, reporting, building/construction loan continuations, closings, and policy creation which enables him to multi-task with versatile experience and assist in most matters of the Company.
Having this all-around knowledge made it a logical choice for Jim to transition to title closer, where he keeps current on emerging trends, having completed numerous closings since 2002 ranging from residential to complex commercial title closings.
Jim works closely with John Martin, Esq. in the initiation and completion of 1031 Like-Kind Exchanges, assists with Zoning Lot Exhibits and Zoning Lot related matters, and continues to expand his knowledge base to make sure clients of All New York Title receive the best service available
Vice President, Sales
Carolyn started her career in the title insurance industry with a major underwriter as a Vice President in Sales before coming to All New York Title. She comes to ANYT with a wealth of experience in servicing her clients which include attorneys, developers, and bankers. Carolyn has many years of experience working on residential and commercial transactions. She has worked on many of the large developments in Westchester County. She is known for her dedication to her customers and making sure they are well taken care of in each transaction, whether large or small. She is looking to further her base of customers with ANYT.
Production / Office Manager
As Production/Office Manager, Karen is responsible for processing, coordinating and overseeing Title orders and related searches, as well as managing office projects and general work flow through the Company.
She has over 25 years of title experience and has been with us for 17 of those years. She serves as the pivot point for the office, handling everything from initial order intake, to billing, to generally assisting clients with their concerns and requests.
In addition to these duties, Karen also assists with our clearance desk and is well versed in the use of county web sites including ACRIS and Westchester County Clerk’s on line record system. As a general matter, she sees to it that all things run smoothly
Account Executive New Business Development
Jinary “Jina” has over 25 years of sales experience. Previously, Jina owned her own business selling life, health, and also long term insurance and mortgages. Jina has worked in the social services field as a counselor in the Bronx and Brooklyn for over 6 years. She wrote up treatment plans to reunite substance abuse mothers with their children and educated them on life skills, parenting skills and abstinence.
At the Methadone Treatment Program in Brooklyn, NY, she helped to empower young women through interpersonal skills and support groups to become active members of society, while stabilizing their health. In addition, Jina has been a counselor in various local community churches for over 25 years. She learned for many years to develop her skills to establish strong relationships and to serve the community to provide solutions to their needs.
John F. Kelly
Vice President, Sales
John has been in the title insurance industry since 1987. His challenge at that time was turning potential clients into longtime customers of a major underwriter, Chicago Title Insurance Company. Possessing the necessary attributes: self-discipline, intelligence, creativity, flexibility, and self-motivation allowed John to overcome that challenge. Successful sales calls followed during the decade of the 90’s, when the title industry faced significant challenges and opportunities. During the late 90’s, John’s sales volume placed him in the “million dollar club”. Sales output continued to rise and in 2006 John earned the President’s Club Silver Award.
John is aware that customer service, customer relations, company relations, and person characteristics are important part of the sales job. John works well with operations as one team, to sell and deliver on time. John is a member of several associations including: Mamaroneck, Harrison, and Larchmont Bar Associations, North Westchester Bar Association, and Putnam County Bar Association.
Jonathan has over 10 years of experience in the title industry, holding various positions from file clerk to title closer, which has enabled him to step into his role as Closing Desk Coordinator. Jonathan’s daily responsibilities include maintaining a schedule of closings, working with our expert title closers, preparing all aspects of title policies and title closing invoices, and ensuring the closing process runs smoothly for our clients and those they represent. Jonathan also keeps current on the latest technology afforded by our underwriters, such as online policy jacket creation, and online rate quotes.
Prior to joining All New York, Jonathan worked at a boutique title agency, heading the closing department and working as a title closer; closing numerous real estate transactions. He is proficient in the ACRIS and PREP systems, experienced in County Clerk requirements, and is well versed in the pre and post-closing processes.
Gayann has been in the title insurance industry since 1972 holding various positions with Insurance Company's and Title Agents alike.
As Production Assistant, Gayann’s main job is typing title reports, and overseeing these reports be delivered to clients on a daily basis, in a timely fashion. Her experience does not limit her to just title reports, as Gayann is also responsible for sending follow-up letters, ensuring accurate, timely delivery of all municipal searches and survey inspections to make sure that the title report is complete before closing.
Gayann is an important part of every title report, ensuring the client receives the most accurate, up to date information required in order to close the deal.
Kim joins All New York Title Insurance Agency and brings over 10 years’ experience in the title insurance industry to the team. In her current role as Production Assistant, Kim’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, typing and delivery of title reports and accommodation reports, ordering surveys, ordering of municipal searches, and preparing invoices for clients. Kim also has experience working at the closing desk, along with proofing and preparing documents for recordings.
Kim’s main objective is providing the excellent customer service our clients get and deserve. Kim adds her own ray of sunshine to our team while continuously gaining an abundance of experience as she continues her career in the industry.
Abraham "Abe" Hattar
Vice President, Sales
Abraham has been in the title insurance industry since 2000, and knows the full length of the title business. He has taken this experience and has been in sales for the past 6 years.
Although the newest addition to the sales team, Abraham knows how to service clients in all different types of transactions in residential and commercial areas. In addition to his current clients, Abe looks forward to establishing new contacts for potential business, developing network opportunities, and to grow in the commercial and residential real estate market
Account Executive New Business Development
Over the past thirty-three years, Hugh Ryan has held senior positions with FCA-Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and managed several major New York City-area automobile dealerships.
Among Hugh's affiliations are his membership in the National Association of Minority Automotive Dealers (NAMAD) and recognition in the International Who Is Who In Professional Management. As an alumni of A Better Chance(ABC) which recruits top minority students for high school and placed them in the best public and private high schools, he attended New Canaan High School and went on to become a Finance graduate of the University of Connecticut.
Growing up in humble beginnings in the Caribbean and New York City, Hugh endeavors to establish a purpose driven family legacy built on integrity, trust, respect and the pursuit of God given dreams and goals. His purpose in the title insurance industry is to work hard and smart to ensure Attorneys, Developers and Not-For-Profits receive exceptional services as represented by All New York Title.
Construction Loan Coordinator
SallyAnn joins All New York Title bringing a varied background in real estate gained from over 30 years working in the field. For more than twelve years she handled residential purchases and sales as a paralegal in laws firms, and has spent well over a decade working in a title agency setting, gaining experience in all aspects of the business including abstracting, closings, clearance, and underwriter audits. In addition, SallyAnn spent several years with a financial institution coordinating mortgage closings and secondary market sales.
As Construction Loan Coordinator for All New York Title, SallyAnn works closely with lenders, developers, and attorneys on a daily basis making sure delivery of information necessary for funding of construction advances in completed accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring our clients receive expert service they expect and deserve to keep their construction projects progressing smoothly.
Lavonne joins All New York Title with previous industry experience in the production department, where her primary focus was the handling of new title orders and the typing of title commitments. She brings with her the same keen eye and painstaking attention to detail required in production to her current role as Recording Coordinator. Lavonne keeps current on the latest County, State, and Governmental requirements, ensuring documents being submitted for recording or filing are compliant and done so in a timely manner, thus reducing the possibility of rejection.
Lavonne also assists in our Construction Loan Department, working closely with municipal examiners, tax examiners, development clients and lenders to deliver the required documentation to various construction lenders, facilitating the advance process on construction projects throughout New York.
New Business Development
With 5 years of sales experience in the title insurance industry, Ed's focus is new business development working with Attorneys, Developers and Not-For-Profits to ensure they receive the best quality service available. His industry knowledge and experience made it possible for him to close, and continue to close, many residential and commercial transactions.
